At the Allegro Nuevo Vallarta, an all-inclusive stay includes unlimited meals, snacks and beverages at any one of three restaurants and three bars on site - all included in the price of an all-inclusive stay.

Topacio is the resort's main restaurant featuring an open-air atmosphere and an impressive buffet offering a wide variety of international cuisine. Caruso's offers delicious Italian dishes a la carte in a charming and romantic environment. La Troje features authentic a la carte Mexican fare in a festive atmosphere. Advance reservations are required for Caruso's and La Troje. Gentlemen are kindly asked to wear dress shirts and long pants at Caruso's. Contact the concierge for details.

Guests will enjoy cocktails and drinks in the hotel's lobby bar Tarántulas, as well as hot tea at tea time. The Olas Bar located on the beach features lively entertainment with karaoke every Wednesday night, tequila party on Thursdays and a toga party each Friday night. Plus, lunch is served in the snack bar, as well as fare for the late night crowd.

Caruso's Trattoria/Italian a la carte dining. Dinner: 6 - 10pm (reservations required) Four seatings at 6:30; 7; 8:30 and 9pm.

La Troje/Mexican a la carte dining. Dinner: 6 - 10pm (reservations required) Two seatings at 6:30 and 8:30pm.

Olas/The Beach Bar. Open 10am - 1:30pm.

The Snack Bar/Open Noon - 4pm. Midnight Snack: 11pm - 1:30am.

Tarántulas Bar/Located in the Lobby. Cocktails, dancing and entertainment. 4 pm - 10 pm/ Tea time from 4 - 5pm.
